The collection of quince fruits, which we made our quince wine from, is held in late autumn in the southwestern territory of Armenia. A special technology is developed for wine production, according to which the wine is aged in casks, thus being enriched with tanning materials, it gets an exquisite flavour and a nice fruit tone. The wine is characterized by spill-resistance. To enjoy completely the flavour of this wine, it is recommended to drink in a bit warmed glasses.
