This wine is produced from Mskhali grape variety by a special technology. The harvest is implemented after full technical ripening of grapes, when the level of sugar in the grapes reaches 24%. Due to maturation, the wine acquires a marvelous aroma and taste and a dark straw colour. “Old Ijevan” is produced in limited quantities and is one of the pearls of our factory. As befits a fine gift, it is sold in a beautiful wooden tube.
